The service
ComplianceTracker provides tools for tracking inspection requirements, tenant locations, shopping centers, compliance states, provider submissions, verification reviews, reports, notifications, operational jobs, and audit activity. We may improve, update, or modify the service over time.
Accounts and authorized users
- Users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
- Organizations are responsible for managing their authorized users, assigning appropriate roles, and ensuring that users comply with these Terms.
- Users must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access or credential compromise.
Acceptable use
You may use ComplianceTracker only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

ComplianceTracker helps organize compliance workflows, but it does not provide legal advice, regulatory advice, inspection certification, or professional compliance opinions. Customers remain responsible for their legal, regulatory, and operational obligations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amount paid for the service during the period stated in the applicable agreement, or another amount required by law.
Indemnification
Customers agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising from Customer Data, misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
Changes to these Terms
