ComplianceTracker provides tools for tracking inspection requirements, tenant locations, shopping centers, compliance states, provider submissions, verification reviews, reports, notifications, operational jobs, and audit activity. We may improve, update, or modify the service over time.

• Users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
• Organizations are responsible for managing their authorized users, assigning appropriate roles, and ensuring that users comply with these Terms.
• Users must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access or credential compromise.

You may use ComplianceTracker only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the service or related systems.
• Interfere with platform operations or bypass security controls.
• Upload malicious code or content that violates third-party rights.
• Use the service to store unlawful, inappropriate, or abusive content.

Customer Data means information, records, documents, and other content submitted to ComplianceTracker by or on behalf of a customer or authorized user.

Customers retain ownership of Customer Data. By submitting Customer Data, you grant us the limited right to process it as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and authorization of Customer Data.

ComplianceTracker may allow users to upload verification documents or related evidence. Users are responsible for ensuring uploaded documents are appropriate, accurate, lawful, and free from malware. We may restrict or remove content that violates these Terms or creates risk to the service.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that information will be processed as described there.

Access to certain features may depend on the selected plan, subscription, contract, or account configuration. Fees, payment terms, renewal terms, and cancellation terms may be set out in a separate order form, subscription agreement, invoice, or written agreement.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Maintenance, security updates, outages, third-party provider issues, or events outside our control may affect availability.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect the service and Customer Data. Customers remain responsible for user access decisions, endpoint security, password practices, internal authorization, and the lawful handling of data exported from the platform.

The service may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, or infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

ComplianceTracker, including its software, design, interface, workflows, trademarks, documentation, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant users ownership of the platform or any intellectual property rights except the limited right to use the service as permitted.

Users may access confidential business, compliance, tenant, provider, or operational information through the service. Users and organizations must protect confidential information and use it only for authorized business purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates security risk, causes harm to the service, fails to pay applicable fees, or uses the service unlawfully. Customers may stop using the service according to their applicable subscription, order form, or written agreement.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

ComplianceTracker helps organize compliance workflows, but it does not provide legal advice, regulatory advice, inspection certification, or professional compliance opinions. Customers remain responsible for their legal, regulatory, and operational obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amount paid for the service during the period stated in the applicable agreement, or another amount required by law.

Customers agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising from Customer Data, misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means acceptance of the updated Terms.
